All events should be booked as soon as possible to ensure availability during busy times such as Christmas events and events in the summer and peak wedding season.
Yes.
Your final count is due the 7-10 days before your event or, when falling on weekend, the Monday before. This count is considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction. When your party is booked you will be notified on the final count date.
Prepayment: Personal Check (minimum 7 days before), Business Check, Club or Organization Check, Visa, Master Card, Money Order, American Express and Discover. Payment of Balance Four Days or Less Before Event: Payment is expected before food is set-up and is on a C.O.D. basis only.
We have been asked this puzzling question by potential customers many times. We are told that they have experienced "cold" food that should have been hot from other caterers. The answer is yes! All food packages will come hot to your location or will be served hot by our catering staff. Hot items will be delivered hot and cold items will be delivered cold. We can't imagine it any other way.
A gratuity charge is charged when personnel is provided for your event. The standard charge is 18% of your bill.
If you have any questions please call or e-mail us. Our office is staffed six days a week, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. We are frequently on the phone, so please leave a message with the operator. We try our best to get back to our customers within the business day. If you would like to meet in person, please call to make an appointment. We are happy to help you in any way with your order - from quantities to platter selection; often this can be accomplished via an e-mail, fax exchange or mailing.
We normally require at least three full business days' notice for orders. During particularly busy seasons, more notice may be required. In the case of an unanticipated event, such as a memorial, we try our best to respond quickly. In the case of a staffed event (for corporate and institutional customers only), we usually require a couple of weeks. If you would like your order delivered, it's best to submit your order at least a week or more in advance. Our delivery schedule tends to fill up quickly, especially for the breakfast and lunch windows. We recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to insure the availability
of our serves.
We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least three business days before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments. Please note that we consider all orders final three full business days before the scheduled event date and are not able to make any changes after this time.
Yes. Once we receive your signed contract and paid a deposit we can accommodate you with a tasting of your selected items. In general, we need a two-week notice to schedule a tasting. Because we make everything to order, we cannot provide "drop-in" tastings. There may be few items on our menu that cannot be made for tastings. We will let you know if you've chosen any of these items.
