  • Well-Trained and Uniformed Staff - Our staff has been professionally trained in all aspects of service including “French” and “Russian” styles. Our Service Staff is always properly uniformed with attire always matching the type of required service; you will never see our Service Staff on any party not properly uniformed.

  • An Informed Sales Staff - We work closely with each client, beginning with the initial call and subsequent planning up through the day of the event. We can customize all of our menus to suit each clients needs; however, we do have packaged menus to give you an idea of our versatility.

  • An Award-Winning Chef - Chef William Whitehead has worked as a Chef for over 20 years. His professional career includes working for the Ritz Carlton Corporation where he was an integral part in the opening of 7 hotels throughout the United States. Chef Whitehead was part of the culinary team for the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida during which time the hotel received a Five Star and Five Diamond rating not to mention as a company the “Malcolm Baldrich Award.”
