Chef William Whitehead has worked as a Chef for over 20 years. His professional career includes working for the Ritz Carlton Corporation where he was an integral part in the opening of 7 hotels throughout the United States. Chef Whitehead was part of the culinary team for the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida during which time the hotel received a Five Star and Five Diamond rating not to mention as a company the “Malcolm Baldrich Award." Chef Whitehead’s reputation for Culinary Excellence flourished in the Private Club market in Detroit Michigan and for the last decade as the Corporate Executive Chef for Gladieux Enterprise at the helm of Gladieux Catering northwest Ohio’s largest catering company. As a member of the ACF-MVCA, Chef Whitehead has actively participated in the Toledo “Share Our Strength” Taste of the Nation for the last 10 years; he has also won top honors for his Culinary Creations in such events as the “Girl Scout Cookie Contest” and the “Taste of Elegance” sponsored by the Pork Council. It is not uncommon to find the Chef’s efforts associated with most of the Charitable Fundraisers and Social functions here in Toledo, Ohio.
